article posted here referred to him, and his Bushie
handlers did not see this coming. This doesn't seem to
bode well for the new government and I'll bet
Noreiga,Reich and Hawkins are pissed. CARICOM should
at least give him a chance to emulate his heros and
really screw up like Chirac and Bush. So much for a
nationalist veneer on this most recent foreign
occupation. C. Peralte must be rolling in his grave.
