Ok. our adddings and subtractings no good. (now we realizing we pay waaaaay

we thinking this in high range? maybe more?

2) if 1 billion goudes then we having $25, 000, 000.00 dolla U.S. n'est-ce

we thinking is low ranges.

if we averaging out we looking at maybe 50, 000, 000.00 dolla U.S.
(remembering this amount)

ok, we no knowing but we speculating.
now we going to do some creative ecomomics...assumptions and speculations.
maybe wrong, maybe really wrong or maybe close to being corrected.

if we thinking 9 year in offices at, oh, we thinking 40 millions/yr stolen
this giving us
around . 360,000,000.00 millions of dollars over 9 years divided by lots of
peoples.

where we getting this math?
well we working on assumptions that 40 percentages of annual budgets go
through Nationale Palace (although we no remember if Titid ever actually
table national budget?)
and we assuming that at least 25 percentages of all Taiwan moneys being
appropriated as giftings to individuals and kickbacks (though we membering
20 million Taiwan money that just disappear)

now when we adding in Co-operatives and Rice Scandals and Drugging Trade, we
thinking we might be close. but we certainly welcoming clarificatoins or
correctioins etc.
we just thinking we needing for to talk about how much of the moneys
actually getting skimmed and scammed.

but if we way off bases please correcting us.
