Has anybody suggested that the US transfer the confiscated Haiti-related
drug
money back to the Haitian nation-builders in Haiti? Or the money that was
reportedly found rotting in a safe in Aristide's basement? Or the millions
in
bank accounts in the US and abroad that we hear about? If those stories
are
true, and this money exists, the only place it should go is into the funds
for
rebuilding Haiti. After all, ultimately they were stolen from the Haitian
