First of all there's no evidence of this safe and it's contents, it
was only "reported" by "witnesses."

For Aristide to have anything of the sort is pure fantasy. For
$250,000 to end up on the streets of PaP would definitely have been
noticed-haven't heard any reports of mouldy money circulating. (But
friend have seen some of their "looted" goods for sale)

It *appears* that the "Rotting Money Story" is a total fabrication.

Even if there was some evidence, the fact that it was a safe with
mouldy money only plays in the USA and Jonathan Demme movies. US
dollars may get "worn out" in Haiti, but not mouldy. If it "appeared"
it would because it was left over in the warehouse of US "evidence"
from when the CIA kicked the DEA out of Haiti.
