 In the interest of disclosure, Arthur should have mentioned that the
 report in question is from the infamous Agence haitienne de presse, a
 lavalas outfit which seldom rises above the level of paid propaganda,
 baseless accusations and outright lies.  But I too want to know the truth
 of the matter....
