21985: Lally: Shipping art

My packing company is shipping some Haitian art wotk to Miami and we are
having
difficulties in obtaining Iinsurance coverage for this shipping.I received
an
e-mail from my broker , which says:`"The U.S department of the Treasury ,
Office of Foreign Asset Control has issued a U.S Economic & Trade Sanction
.
This sanction probits our ability to issue commercial/commidity shipments
into
and out of Haiti. Unfortunately, due to this release , we are unable to
quote
coverage for this shipment" I'm trying to tell them that the embargo
against
Haiti terminated ten years ago. Unfortunately this American firm do not
believe
me.
