22000: Corbett: We hit yet another 1,000 note

We've arrived at 22,000 posted to the list since June 1999 when I moved to
Webster U's server.  Before that there were I have no idea how many notes
on first crl.com and later netcom.com from June 1994 until June 1999.

THis time the 1,000 notes came in 51 days an average of 20 posts per day;
a significant slow down from the previous 3,000 notes during those busy
days of the coup....
