I have looked with great pleasure at the pictures of the 1915,
especially the one about the great Caperton! Something , however, caught
my attention on the last picture. Someone seem to be holding a Dominican
Flag! Is this in Haiti?

Corbett replies:  That's fascinating.  I can go back in and enlarge that
photo and see what I see.  However, I can assure you that it came from a
photo spread from the NY Times saying what it says on my web page, and,
after all, we all know the press would NEVER use pictures that weren't
what they say they are, now would they?  :)

However, I think it is useful at time to look back into history and
