Hello Corbettland,

Please spread the word around. FNHAmerica has announced its annual essay
contest for highschool students.

Graduating seniors, enrolling in college in the fall of 2004, are invited to
submit by e-mail to info@fnhamerica.org, no later than May 30th, a 500 to
1000-word essay, in English, French or Kreyol, on the following topic:
Prerequisites and prospects for democratic governance and economic prosperity
in Haiti.

Winning submission announced by June 15, 20004, will be awarded a $1000
scholarship.

The deadline for submission is near, so spread the word to those that are
qualified to participate in the contest.

Other opportunities for Haitian and Haitian-American Students are (or will
