Will all respect to Mr. Seraphin, he appears much more offended that they did
not reach out and meet with him than the actions of the Minister on his trip.
Most likely, he would have convinced more readers if you had left the personal
part out of your letter. Nevertheless, this should be taken as a warning that
Haitians are not prepared to accept the corrupt "business as ususal" as in the
Lavalas regime.

I'm  happy he brought this to everyone's attention. The only way corruption in
Haiti will ever change is through transparency. The Minister should clearly
explain, in detail,  the purpose and nature of his trip and meetings.  If he
can not, he should step aside or be replaced. Everyone knows Taiwan has been a
large Haiti donor for years and opportunity always exist for corruption, As
Arsitide took advantage of over the past several years.
