I am at a loss to figure out what the author of this post is trying to
say. Can
someone enlighten me on it. I suppose I must not be the only one at my
level of
"density" and may be many others may be just as puzzled at reading it.

is obviously relaying someoneelse's thoughts or testimony but what did the
original writer mean to say about the downfall of Aristide? A coup? Not a
coup?
In the latter case  are the arguments he/she presented supporting the
theory
that this was not a coup? Lights please.
