Dear friends,

All of our efforts to save September Lukner's life was done in vain.
His body
and that of his 10 years old young brother has been discovered burned in
Tomazeau. The regime of killers in Haiti did not stop there. Yesterday,
they
kidnapped an activist of Fanmi Lavalas, Benoit near Kinam II in
Petion-Ville, he
was found dead in  Bas Delmas this morning August 17, 2004, hanged and
his
tongue cut off.
