Only that the majority of the people at Attica have committed horrible
crimes
for which they should have paid with their lives. Yet they are alive with
a
chance to come back into society and lead very productive lives.

As far as the Haitians are concerned there seems to be no end to their
suffering.

It is unfortunate that in an attempt to find an analogy to compare the
pain and
suffering of the people of Haiti, the best you could come up with is
Attica.
