The one question that the press seems to be ignoring
is where are the former military getting their
financial support? Ravix says he has more than 1,800
men under arms. How is he housing and feeding them?
How is he procuring those new camo uniforms and the
large arms I have seen in several recent photos? Where
did Guy Phillipe get the money for that brightly
painted new headquarters of the FRN in the Cap? These
guys have a lot of resources. Where is the money
coming from?
