This evening September 10,

 Special OAS delegation in Haiti met with former Arisitde's Minister of
 Haitian Living Abroad Leslie Voltaire in a Port au Prince hotel.
 OAS delagation was led by Amb. Carmen Martina Gutierrez, present Chair
 for OAS Permanent Council, and Amb. Luigi Einaudi, OAS assistant
Secretary General.

 What is to be noted is the specialy cordial and cheerful aspect of the
 meeting... All smiling and Minister Voltaire showing himself specially
 happy for the meeting.

 At 7:20 PM, meeting was over and Minister Voltaire left saying "Buenas
 noches COMPANEROS".
