FATHER JAN OUT IN BOSTON (OCT. 15-17) –

Father Jan Out, a native of Belgium & the director of the Kreyòl newspaper
“Bon Nouvèl” in Haiti will be soon in Boston. “Bon Nouvèl” is the ONLY
Kreyòl newspaper that has been published monthly since 1967. This newspaper
plays a very important role in trying to reach the majority of the Haitian
people in educating them. “Bon Nouvèl” covers a whole range area of subjects
besides its religious teaching. Over 10.000 copies of it are in circulation
on a monthly basis. Bon Nouvèl is a also a publisher of many books books in
Kreyòl.

MIT / Harvard Haitian students are organizing a special event for his visit
on Saturday Oct. 16 from 6:00-8:00 pm.
