the world' object to the international community being equated with the US,
however benignly in this particular instance.In many people's opinions the US
are facing up to too many "responsabilities" around the world at this moment in
time!
What would be useful and would constitute one of the "miracles" of which you
speak would be governments whose foreign policy was not dictated solely by
self- interest,whether that be 200 years ago or the present day.
