Regarding Education in Haiti - it was interesting for me to find out
from someone connected with Caricom and Education that Haiti is the most
expensive country in the Caribbean for primary education. And this for
the country that is the poorest in the Caribbean. Incredible.

And remember the system of not wanting the people to be educated started
way back at the beginning of Independence!!!
