    WOW.So, this would explain why only Port au Prince people are covered in
your posts.  In truth, the peasants and inhabitants of rural areas are taxed
without benefit.  Oh, and targeted for assassination as well (they got the
journalists in great numbers.  Out in the countryside.  Was this a
preemptive strike?
