That hotel is the old Hotel Castel Haiti .
Previously owned by the Thebaut family. Now owned,I
think, by the owners of Hotel Montana.
Its a wonderful " art deco" hotel with beautful
murals. It's a building worthy of restoration, though
on my visit last year, totally gutted.The view of PAP
from the hotel is encroyable.

While this might be the tallest building since it
stands on a hill, i wonder it teleco haiti isnt
taller.
