Just "condemned" it is not enough. This is a serious case (dealing with
human right abuses) that has been going on in Haiti since March 2004. If
people are causing problems in the society and don't want to obey the law,
then their place should be in JAIL but at the same time a government can't
just dump a bunch of people in jail /kill them because they were supporting
a particular party or because they were member of a particular party. This
is DICTATORSHIP, something that most Haitians were trying to finish with.
Also people who are in jail should have the right to have a lawyer  and to
appear before a judge.
