Folks,

I will no longer post any item which does not follow the following
SUBJECT line form:

1st:  poster's name or login name.
2nd:  sort of post.  eg:  news, ask, discuss, reply and so on.
3rd:  some brief description of content.  few words.

For this month ONLY I will just return the posts with this note.  After
that I will just delete such items.
