In a reply from a friend in Port au Prince re. the start of the
"Oxfam's UNICEF-funded waste management campaign is launched in Carrefour
Feuilles, Port-au-Prince", she says, "They're using some big plastic things
that are breaking up in less than a month."  It looks like Oxfam & UNICEF
need to do a little more "homework" on this project.
