Recently, there was an article with photos on a a manifestation by Neg
Coumbite/Pere Sicot on www.Haiti-Info.com, emanating from above Kenscoff,
and I
was confused by references to Duvalier and peasants (could be my French).
Could anyone on the list enlighten me/us on the meaning of this
organization
