Tim,
I have just returned from Haiti after a one week trip
with my teenage children and GF.
We visited PAP, Petionville, Cap Haitian, Au Cap and
Marmelade.
As always, we had a wonderful time. Never did I feel
unsafe or threatened. From our arrival at the airport
people were , as always, polite and welcoming. While I
didnt walk the streets at nite in PAP, I did in Cap
Haitian and never had a problem, even late at 2am on
new years eve after a Zenglen concert.

In 33 years of travel to Haiti, I have never had a
problem.
