I hate that Haiti is up for spending 53 million for electing another despot
(and there will be another despot, another crooked legislature, another
incompetent judiciary. See www.Haiti-info.com.  Oh, and by the way:  Haiti,
"financially strapped," the poorest, etc." always has money for SOME things
(so long as it is not public education, medical care as in Cuba, roads,
potable water). Where does this money for Bicentennial Towers and payment of
lobbyists come from?   kathleen Burke
