 There are region-free DVD players available for purchase.  Folks who
 bought "The Agronomist" on DVD from Amazon.uk may not want to go to the
 expense of buying a whole new DVD player just to watch that particular
 movie.

 However, a region-free DVD player would allow its owner to watch DVDs
 from anywhere in the world, which means non-US films about Haiti, as well
 as US produced DVDs would be viewable.
