High level drug trafficker
Deported from Haiti to US in June 2003, convicted late in February 2004 shortly before Aristide’s overthrow and
currently serving time in an American jail. At the time of his sentencing, he denounced Aristide’s participation in
drug trafficking. His brother, Hector, was shot dead by the Haitian National Police on February 13, 2003.
