Actually, you won't go through either Laviktwa, Limonade or Marmelade on
Route Nat. #3, but through Milot, Dondon, St. Raphael and Pignon.

I would say the road is shorter from Cap, and measurably better (you won't
get stuck).  The only place that's difficult is the river crossing in St.
Raphael.  The road is pretty good from Pignon to Hinche right now.
