Well, if some of the millions Aristide and his government spent and is
spending on lawyers and lobbyists, security, mansions and expensive
transport had been would be spent on education and health, paying the
doctors, improving the roads and neighborhoods, Haitian people would not be
in such dire straits.  Why people ignore this inequity is beyond me.
