A few months ago I came across an organisation called Fondation Agir 
which describes itself as " une organisation d'aide au developpement 
communautaire dédiée au service des femmes et des jeunes en milieu rural 
Haitien". I think they were based somewhere around Gonaïves. 
Unfortunately I have lost their email, so I would be grateful if someone 
on the list could help me out.
