The contention by some on this list that there WAS  NO massacre in St. Marc
reminds me that the local EDH thief wants me to pay 19,000 gourdes for
services during a totally witnessed 2-year blackout.  "Pa gen blackout!" he
insists.  I told him we could go to court and leave it up to the juge
d'instruction.  He backed off.
Speaking of juge d'instruction - last Friday, according to local news,
Neptune was brought to St. Marc but no one had informed the juge, so he had
no hearing. Any confirmations? Denials?  Kathleen Burke
