If the pile of waste is not currently on the school's property, perhaps it
could be  returned to it rightful owner?  Such a response vents righteous
anger but does nothing constructive.

One hopes the sisters and Head Brother would respond to the public health
threat their guardien has instigated. Perhaps the MPP or similar
organization could assist in the construction of a "burn/treatment-trench"
(a type of incinerator) and train the school "guardien" to properly dispose
of such trash.
