I’m not a Lavalas supporter and anyone supporter in
Haiti and anywhere else in the world; I have been
living outside of Haiti since 1984 and I expect to
live where I am for the next 50 years or more. Saving
the life of Mr. Neptune is more important than doing
this nonsense Haitian politic: Ote-toi, j’y me mets
and continue doing the same thing.

Subject: What happen if Mr. Neptune is innocent?

I call for the immediate release of Mr. Yvon Neptune
and anyone who was illegally arrested in the country.
I call for another investigation that shall be done by
the United Nation or another neutral entity. However,
the former prime minister shall remain available to
answer question about what had taken place when a
neutral and impartial investigator from the UN or OAS
take charge of the investigation.

It has appeared that the arrest of Mr. Yvon Neptune
was either illegal or further investigations need to
be done or the former Prime Minister is not a “Risk
Fly”.
Allowing him to die without a fair trial, the nation
may never know the truth.
What happen if Mr. Neptune is innocent?


There were no Democracy in Haiti during the Aristide’s
Administration and there is no democracy at this
present moment in Haiti. Two wrong do not make a
right.

Ote-toi, j’y me mets and continue doing the same thing
is counter positive.

The fact that arbitrary acts used to take place in the
past do not mean that we have to continue in the same
route.

Haitian people, my people we need to realize that
vengeances foster more revenge.  At some point in
life, we need to take a moment and question our
actions.

Ladies and Gentlemen: we need to realize that we have
failed as a nation and we need to reset the clock.

I propose the creation of a Reconciliation Commission
similar to the post apartheid era in South Africa. I
call for a general amnesty to all from 1804 up to now
and start over or Reset the clock. Create a commission
that should revise the constitution and amend Articles
13 and 15 of the constitution.


At this present moment, the situation is out of
control and something must be done and fast. Failing
to do so, Haiti will be the next Lebanon in the
region.

Folks, it was a mistake to Jail the first woman
president in Haiti. Again, two wrong do not make a
right. It is time to move on. Nixon could have gone to
jail but president Ford upon taking office forgave
him. This is why the constitution gave the president
that unique power.

Since Mr. Neptune is not a “Risk Fly” I call for his
immediate release and he shall be available to answer
to any charge. I call for another investigation that
shall be done by the United Nation or another neutral
entity.
