What is this, "called before a judge three times, but he REFUSED TO GO"?

This isn't a dance, it's a trial.  In any country with a justice system,
the prisoner doesn't get to refuse to go.  Don't tell me two Haitian guards
couldn't propel Neptune to the courthouse.
