would you mind posting an announcement of my recent book - American Gulag:
Inside U.S. Immigration Prisons.
folks can read a chapter "The Art of Jailing"  online.  the book opens when i
taught at krome and then worked for the haitian refugee center.  it also
includes a candid interview with a krome guard who went to prison for beating
a haitian detainee.
