regarding the pigs, Dr. Paul Farmer would be a good person to consult. he
talks about the scheme in _AIDS and Accusation_ and Tracy Kidder touches on it
in
_Mountains Beyond Mountains_ , a book about Farmer's work in Haiti and
beyond.
