I read "US entry visa" as "entry visa".  To Haiti.  Twice.  Sorry.
Third reading makes more sense.
But can anyone get to the U.S. embassy these days?  In the case of a medical
emergency?  Or any other?  Since 2004, that has been a battle zone, that
area.  Normally, I would check in there when I go to Haiti, but gave it a
pass last year and this.
