What massacre are you referring to? The operation in Cite Soleil to rid the
country of bandits and gangsters or the destruction of a whole country by
bandits or so called "chimeres". You must specify.

Unfortunately, I must say also that our brothers have proven time and again
that they can not help the country. Until then we must realize on well
informed  outsiders. It is obvious, however that the Haitians the outsiders are
speaking to know nothing about the country nor how to cure its ills.

We must for a moment stop to protest, destroy, and criticize in order to
offer real solutions to the problems of Haiti.

Anyone who is interested in the welfare of Haiti must understand that the
country can not move ahead unless there is order. It is about time,  therefore,

that the U.N started to address the issue of safety inside the  country, not
just in Cite Soleil, mind you, but anywhere the kidnappers, the  chimeres, and
the gangsters live.
