Hi,

I am not sure if there is an American charter airline
from P-au-P to Jacmel but I know for sure there is an
airline called Tortug'air that does that flight three
times per week and soon will do it everyday. It takes
about 15 minutes to arrive to Jacmel from P-au-P.
