I tried to reach Ricardo Sanon at both VJLS Computer Services and Quisqueya but 
no one's picking up. Perhaps someone on the list or one of his friends from the 
Foundation at the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti could pass the 
word along. It's in connection with an article on Outstanding Young Haitian 
Entrepreneurs.
