You are saying the Constitution may not be in Haiti's best
interests.Reasonable people would agree with that assertion.Reasonable people
would also agree
that if the Constitution
doesn't work it should be amended.Is it what you are proposing? Or are  you
proposing that Haiti trashes the Constitution and adopts "jungle law" (la  loi
de la jungle) something along the lines proposed by Pat Robertson in
reference to Venezuela.?
