Op/Ed. piece of Claude MOISE in yesterday Le Matin (Tue. Spet. 13th 2005) is a 
balanced interesting position on Mr Neptune and Jn-Juste cases and 
circumstances (interim government and foreign positions etc.).
My English is too basic and I can't provide a good enough translation ot this 
piece.

Would someone agree to offer us a translation? It is not very long and I can 
provide the volunteer with a scan of this text.
