Do not worry Mr Raber. This time around, the "private or armed thugs" you are
talking about, are in charge. If we remember well, in 2000, they spilled the
contents of the voting boxes in the streets. Believe me, they will count them
this time.

In the May 2000 elections, a lot of the fraud happened after voting booths were

closed, and ballot boxes were doctored in private or by armed thugs raiding
counting stations. International observers had long retired back into their
hotels and did not stay up past dark to observe the entire handling to counting

process. Is there a plan this time around to have impartial observers follow
the ballots from the voting locations to the counting locations?
