In furtherance of posts 26580 and 26584, and for information sake,  could Mr.
Vedrine and Mr. Walton draw us a list of about 8  individuals, whether
educated, moneyed, poor, uneducated or otherwise,  who would qualify to be
presidential candidates in Haiti, under the stated  criteria of "having used
their
talents, resources, to serve their community,  state or nation" and who would
have
earned the trust of the Haitian electorate.
