Scheerhorn (ask) trade embargo

I do not know what the restrictions are regarding the US trade embargo with
Haiti.  I have a friend (US citizen) who would like to open a factory in
Haiti.
1) Can a US citizen buy land in Haiti?
2) Can goods be imported to the US?

Also, I working to set up a non-profit store to sell Haitian art for the
benefit of a mission and orphanage in Les Cayes.  Can I import goods to do
this?
