I find this characterization of a former president of
Haiti quite derogatory and revealing at the same time.
 It is ironinc that the Miami Herald can only see H.E.
René Preval as a "One-time Aristide Ally" .
Definitely, the assassination of Aristide and/or
anything relatd to him is a fixation for these folks.
