It's interesting to note that presidents are often chosen from Haiti's
Supreme Court. Changing the court before we enter into this transition period
might be a way of choosing a future president were Haiti not to have an
election.
This is probably one of the most surreal periods Haiti has faced. Is  it all
a smoke screen? Who's in charge? Who's got final say? Sovereign nation or
occupied country? Is the UN in charge or the transitional government? Is it
Canada or Brazil? Is Texas in or out?........... So many  questions.
