Batay provided the following clarification.

"Dear Walton,

The base salary is paid for a FIVE-day work-week, 8 hours a day.
So: the correct calculation is 900 / 5 = 180 gourdes / day. All work beyond
that time is overtime and payed accordingly. And this figure will
additionally have 20% added during the first year.
