Dear friends,

Does anyone have information on a history of interest rates in Haiti my
starting point would be the second Haitian revolution which would be the
state centralization and the deepening of capital penetration  that started
with the American occupation.

I would also like to learn if the gourde is fixed or  free floating and any
price control regime in Haiti.
